Custom & Made-to-Order Deskmats
All ODN Print Deskmats—whether standard designs or custom-printed—are produced specifically per order.
As a result, deskmats are not eligible for return or exchange once the order is confirmed.
Each deskmat is created based on approved designs or selected listings and cannot be resold or reused.
Quality Assurance
Every deskmat is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Minor variations in color, texture, or print finish may occur due to screen differences and printing processes and are considered normal, not defects.
Design Approval & Responsibility
For custom deskmat orders, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before production.
Once approved and moved into production, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.
ODN Print is not responsible for spelling errors, resolution issues, or design choices in customer-submitted files.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a deskmat arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear images of:

Claims raised after this period or without evidence will not be accepted.

Courier Partners
We work with reputed courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees, India Post, and other reliable logistics partners. If courier service is unavailable for your location, orders may be shipped via India Post.
ODN Print is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
Delivery Attempts & Non-Acceptance
Customers are responsible for ensuring availability to receive the order.
If a prepaid order is not accepted or collected and is returned to us, shipping and return charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount (if applicable) will be processed after review.
No Return / No Refund Policy
ODN Print Deskmats follow a strict NO RETURN / NO REFUND policy.
Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted, including for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or color variation.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Claims
If you receive a damaged or incorrect deskmat, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence of the issue and original packaging intact.
Claims reported after this period may not be accepted. Replacement or resolution will be at the sole discretion of ODN Print.
Cancellations
