Orders & Payments
All orders must be prepaid in full before processing.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery details.

Custom & Standard Products
All ODN Print deskmats—standard or custom-printed—are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Custom designs are printed exactly as approved or submitted by the customer.
ODN Print is not responsible for design errors, spelling mistakes, or resolution issues in customer-provided files.

No Return / No Refund Policy
ODN Print follows a strict NO RETURN / NO REFUND policy.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, color variation, size preference, or subjective dissatisfaction.

Shipping & Delivery
