At ODN Print, we take shipping and delivery seriously and work to ensure that every deskmat reaches you safely and on time. This policy outlines our shipping practices for deliveries across India.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship ODN Print Deskmats across India using trusted courier partners.

Shipping Methods

We use reliable shipping services based on order size, weight, and destination. Available options may include:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express Shipping (where available)

  • Express Shipping (subject to location and serviceability)

Shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Dispatch & Delivery Time

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 working hours after order confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Metro cities: 2–5 working days

    • Other locations: 4–7 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier service, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on the deskmat size, weight, and delivery location. Customers are informed of shipping costs before completing payment.

Packaging

All ODN Print Deskmats are packed using protective, high-quality packaging to prevent bending, surface damage, or transit wear. We ensure each product is securely sealed before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched. Customers can track their shipment through the courier’s tracking system or contact our support team for assistance.

Courier Partners

We work with reputed courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees, India Post, and other reliable logistics partners. If courier service is unavailable for your location, orders may be shipped via India Post.

ODN Print is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

Delivery Attempts & Non-Acceptance

Customers are responsible for ensuring availability to receive the order.
If a prepaid order is not accepted or collected and is returned to us, shipping and return charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount (if applicable) will be processed after review.

No Return / No Refund Policy

ODN Print Deskmats follow a strict NO RETURN / NO REFUND policy.

Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted, including for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or color variation.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Claims

If you receive a damaged or incorrect deskmat, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence of the issue and original packaging intact.

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted. Replacement or resolution will be at the sole discretion of ODN Print.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • If a payment is deducted but the transaction fails, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method as per bank processing timelines.
